Monday to Friday, rotating Saturdays
Alternating schedules of 8:30 AM–7:00 PM or 8:30 AM–5:00 PM.
Every other Saturday: 8:30 AM–4:00 PM, with a weekday off.
We are seeking motivated Salespeople to join our team and help customers find their perfect vehicle. This key role of Salesperson involves selling new and pre-owned vehicles while maintaining customer satisfaction and upholding the integrity of our family owned dealership.

Approach, greet, and assist customers entering the showroom or lot.
Help customers select vehicles by understanding their needs and preferences.
Offer and coordinate test drives for all prospects.
Fully explain product performance, features, and benefits.
Introduce customers to the Strosnider Advantage, including our Lifetime Powertrain Warranty, free oil changes and tire rotations for 3 years (or 36,000 miles), and free state inspections for life.
Sell and deliver an average of 13 vehicles per month.
Process paperwork efficiently in accordance with dealership policies.
Prepare sold vehicles for delivery, ensuring customers understand the operating features, warranty, and service options.
Provide supportive follow-up communications as well as schedule customers' first service appointment and introduce them to the service team.
Attend daily morning training sessions and regularly participate in product, concept, and sales training courses.
Stay updated on new products, features, and services within the industry across automotive makes and brands.
Maintain a follow-up system to encourage repeat and referral business.
Build a professional, respectful social media presence and engage with customers via video and posts.
Post daily on social media using dealership-provided recommendations.
Work closely with the sales manager to ensure every customer interaction meets dealership standards.
Walk the customer through the vehicle shopping and sales process, involving each department as necessary, and working with finance, service, and parts in an organized and time sensitive manner.
This is a full-time position requiring approximately 45 hours per week.
