Alternating schedules of 8:30 AM–7:00 PM or 8:30 AM–5:00 PM.
Every other Saturday: 8:30 AM–4:00 PM, with a weekday off.
We are seeking an experienced and trustworthy Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our team and help guide customers through the vehicle financing process. This key role involves securing financing, presenting protection products with transparency, and ensuring a smooth, compliant, and educational experience for every buyer.

Greet and assist customers during the final stage of the sales process.
Clearly explain finance, lease, and protection options using a buyer-first, education-based approach.
Ensure every customer understands their options, empowering them to make informed decisions.
Present extended warranties, GAP insurance, and other protection products in a non-pressure environment.
Highlight the Strosnider Advantage and reinforce long-term customer value.
Secure competitive financing through multiple lenders and credit platforms.
Ensure all finance, title, and legal documents are completed accurately and in compliance with state and federal regulations.
Maintain accurate logs, records, and deal jackets for auditing and reporting purposes.
Stay current on all finance and insurance regulations, product offerings, and lender updates.
Coordinate closely with Sales Consultants and Sales Managers to ensure smooth deal flow and timely deliveries.
Maintain strong communication with the Business Office to streamline processing and paperwork.
Contribute to dealership goals and ensure every transaction reflects our standards of honesty and professionalism.
Attend weekly training sessions and participate in continuous learning regarding finance tools, compliance, and dealership products.
Work with leadership to refine presentation techniques and enhance customer experience strategies.
Prior F&I experience in a dealership OR finance setting strongly preferred.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with automotive finance platforms and lender portals.
High level of attention to detail, ethical conduct, and customer service orientation.
Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background checks.
This is a full-time position requiring approximately 45 hours per week.
