Monday to Friday, rotating Saturdays
Alternating schedules of 8:30 AM–7:00 PM or 8:30 AM–5:00 PM.
Every other Saturday: 8:30 AM–4:00 PM, with a weekday off.
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Front Line Salesperson to join our powerhouse sales team. The key to this position is to confidently engage customers through inbound and outbound calls and follow-up communication to generate leads from various sources and to prepare the customers to work with the sales team.

Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries with professionalism, kindness and gratitude, and a focus on building long-term positive relationships.
Generate, manage multiple sources, and follow up on leads to drive appointments and sales opportunities.
Collaborate with the sales team to deliver a seamless customer experience from initial contact to final sale.
Provide detailed information about new Chevrolet and pre-owned vehicles of diverse makes, engagement through the initial process, and share information about promotions.
Utilize the CRM system to track and manage leads, customer interactions, and follow-ups and support the sales team data entry processes.
Ensure timely follow-up with customers to increase appointment show rates and close sales.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records to support ongoing sales and marketing efforts.
Partner with the service department, parts team, and recon group to streamline communication and enhance the customer experience.
Work with management to develop strategies for increasing sales, improving customer satisfaction, and exceeding performance targets.
Manage daily tasks such as scheduling appointments, responding to inquiries, and preparing sales reports.
Maintain a thorough understanding of vehicle inventory, pricing, and promotions to support customer needs.
Assist with online sales inquiries, ensuring prompt responses to internet leads.
Proven experience in inside sales, business development, or a related customer-facing role (automotive experience preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Proficiency with CRM platforms and basic office software.
Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet performance goals.
Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to collaboration and continuous improvement.
Familiarity with Chevrolet and other various makes of pre-owned vehicles or willingness to learn about the evolving product lineup.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
